Description

Designed for packaging precision products, the K2PE-SW series offers perfect packaging to prevent product and product groups in different sizes and formats with or without tray from dispersing, tipping and shaking with its speed-controlled pusher plate. It is used in a wide range of sectors, especially in food and beverage products, such as cosmetics, chemicals, medical, paints, household appliances, electrical and electronic materials.

Application

The products are placed by the operator on the speed controlled pusher plate and pushed to the sealing area by button or by time-set automatic mode. The sealing bar cuts and seals shrink film and the discharge conveyor transfers the products to the shrink tunnel. The polyethylene film tightly wraps product with temperature inside the tunnel and the film is cooled by the fan at the exit of the tunnel to take the form of the product. Besides provides a good image to the product, protects the products from abrasion, scratch and dust during storage and transportation.
