Working Principle:

The products arriving from the production line to the speed-controlled feeding conveyor are grouped in the desired quantities and arranged in rows. They are then passed through the hot jaw sealing system, wrapped in PE film, and sent to the heat tunnel. At the tunnel exit, the packages are shock-cooled with the help of cooling fans, achieving a strong and high-quality shrink. This machine, equipped with a PLC control system and an easy-to-use touchscreen, features side feeding (either right or left), a package counter, automatic film unwinding unit, and a highly convenient resistance system that is easy to replace.
