Working Principle:

The products arriving from the production line to the speed-controlled feeding conveyor are passed directly through the hot jaw sealing system and then wrapped in PE film before being sent to the heat tunnel. At the tunnel exit, the packages are shock-cooled with the help of cooling fans, achieving a strong and high-quality shrink.

This machine, with a PLC control system and an easy-to-use touchscreen, features front feeding, a package counter, an automatic film unwinding unit, and a resistance system that is very easy to replace.
