The products carried on the conveyor are transferred to the movable sealing bar area. The products are automatically wrapped with shrink film fed from the bottom and top and transferred to the shrink tunnel with the discharge band after sealing with the servo controlled hot sealing bar. With the temperature inside the tunnel, the polyethylene film wraps the product tightly and takes the shape of the product by cooling with the help of the fan at the tunnel exit. The resulting packaging not only provides a good appearance to the product, but also protects the product from abrasion, scratches and dust during storage and transportation.
